The
Compendium of Commercial Finance Law is published by the
Commercial Finance Association for asset-based lenders,
factors, banks and other institutions engaged in secured
transactions. It
is designed to suggest the answer to many questions at
the most important and crucial time - when the borrower's
application is presented. Every
effort is made to keep the Compendium material current
by periodic updates of revised laws and legal opinions
which are provided by the Association and correspondent
attorneys in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. While
the Compendium is designed to provide accurate and authoritative
information in regard to the subject matter covered, it
is published with the understanding that neither CFA nor
the correspondent attorneys who submit legal opinions
are rendering legal or other professional advise.
